He then joined Goldfield Group of Companies as General Manager – responsible for and looking after acquisition of lands upto completion of site, till the year 1999. Deepak Dinkar Deshpande completed his law from ILS College, Pune in 1993 and founded the firm Deepak Deshpande & Associates, Advocates in 2000. He has been practicing as an Advocate for over 22 years now and has been regularly advising national and international clients with respect to company law, revenue laws, civil and business laws, real estate and property laws, consumer laws, insolvency and bankruptcy laws, banking laws, trust laws etc. He regularly represents the firm’s clients before Bombay High Court, Enforcement Directorate, Civil Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Consumer Forums and Revenue Authorities.
